If hair is properly cared for and maintained, our products can last up to 1 year or more. We are not responsible for shedding, tangling or poor performance of hair due to poor care, maintenance,inadequate product use, anything your stylist of choice alters the hair with, or improper/poor installation. Installation of hair and product usage play a big role in how the hair holds up and maintains. Please be mindful of this and refer to our blog, your stylist, or contact us if you need more information on how to maintain, care for,  and even to extend the life of your extensions, or information on how to get the best usage of your hair investment.
